Rob Grimsey, who has worked within Harvey Nash Group for almost 20 years, will be sharing some of the insights gleaned from the organisation’s recent global CIO survey, compiled in association with KPMG.
The survey is the world’s largest study of IT leadership, and examines a range of topics, including; digital strategies, managing IT, executing projects, IT careers, and global technology trends for 2019.
This year the survey has revealed that most IT leaders will have to manage five common challenges. It has uncovered that the on-going skills shortage in the IT jobs market, the continual drive for customer engagement, and the changing role of technologies are evolving the personas of CIOs.
In his speech, Rob will explain why technology leaders should embrace the opportunities presented by shadow IT, and why customer interests must become the focus of digital strategies. He will be imparting a lot of useful information, that could influence your decision-making.
