Updates in the Modern Workplace - Teams Meeting Recordings

There are some important changes coming to Microsoft's Modern Workplace. One update that will require some preparation from users is the change in storage for Teams meeting recordings.

Here are some key benefits: 

• Easier to share your recorded meetings with external users
• Can now apply retention policies, helping to free up space
• Better searchability for information in videos through SharePoint search

However, you will have to consider your SharePoint/OneDrive storage, as these have limits. You will also have to share to external users directly from SharePoint/OneDrive, and you will have to upload to Stream separately.
